Our face is compiled of many fats pads under our skin, when these diminish we tend to look more tired and worn out. Volume lost in specific areas on our face is one aspect that contributes to facial ageing. By simply filling the fat pads of the mid face with dermal fillers, we can bring back the rejuvenated and refreshed YOU! Dermal fillers restore your youthful appearance by replacing the volume lost with a smooth gel that mimics naturally produced hyaluronic acid in your body; it also assists your skin’s hydration by attracting and holding water, therefore giving you ad refreshed feeling. Cheek and tear trough filler have become one of our most popular procedures.  Although cheek implants are a permanent option, many patients want a non-surgical solution to their midface volume loss.

Midface – Tear Troughs (Under Eyes): The appearance of dark circles under the eyes is one of the early signs of periorbital ageing (ageing around the eyes), which gives off a fatigued and aged appearance to the face. This however can also be seen in many young individuals, and is not exclusive to ageing. This hollowing under the eyes is also called the ‘tear trough’.

Midface – Cheek Fillers: Cheeks are a very important feature of the face and tend to droop and flatten with age. Anatomically, the fat pads that form the cheeks deflate, and fall downwards and inwards. The tear troughs, or the junction between the lower eyelid and cheek becomes more pronounced as the cheek loses volume and fails to provide support to the area.

Midface Cheek Fillers can also improve visuals of nasolabial folds, these are the lines from the corner of the nose to the corner of the mouth, caused by the sagging of the cheeks due to mid face volume loss.
